What we store
Short version: no accounts, no ads, no tracking, and nothing about you on a server.
On your device
Your name, a random id for your seat, and your settings are saved in your own browser so a refresh does not throw you out of the room. Clearing your browser data clears all of it. Nothing is sent anywhere else.
While a game is running
Your name, your colour, your score, and whatever you tap or type in a game travel between the phones in the room. They pass through a realtime service to get there and are not written to any database. When the last person leaves, the room is gone.
What we do not do
There are no adverts, no analytics, no cookies for tracking, and nothing is sold or shared. There is no sign up, so there is no email address or password to lose.
One honest warning
Secret things in games, like who the spy is, are hidden on the screen rather than locked away. Anyone determined enough to go digging through their browser could find them. This is a game for friends in a room, and it is not built to stop someone who wants to cheat.
Pictures and sound
Head Rush can use the tilt sensor in your phone if you let it, and only while that game is open. Nothing is recorded. The camera and the microphone are never used.
